Hey everyone, my name is Aaron, I am actually from Denver, NC which is about 30 minutes outside of Charlotte. My home lakes are Lake Norman and Mountain Island lake. I am 27 and a new father of a 3 year old and a 10 month old. I have recently rediscovered fishing and go out on the kayak or my folks pontoon boat every weekend. My gear is falling apart, lol, but I guess I make it work. Anyways thanks for welcoming me to the site

Welcome aboard, Aaron!

You've got a lot to live for with those two kiddo's! Stay safe on your yak, and may they enjoy learning to fish by your side.

Welcome, Aaron. You've got some great water to fish down there. Hopefully you'll learn a great deal from some folks here. By the way, isn't Denver, Hank Parker's hometown ?

It is actually. A friend and I were on his show when we were very young. We showed the viewers the karate chop a worm in half technique for bream fishing. Went to school with his youngest son Tim. But never knew hank really.
