I think its pretty gross. I mean who knows what bacteria are living on the fish. Do you guys do it like Jimmy Houston lol?

I can't say i would kiss the bass i caught. But then again, let me caught a 10 pounder and watch me pucker up lol.

Oh yeah, poor fish, specially after being kissed by JH.

No, but I do talk to them. I just caught my smallest bass of the season (10") and told it that it was purty, and then said "Now grow up" as I released it.

Kissed a bass once when I was younger and it wasn't pleasant. Very slimy. I doubt I'll ever doing it again unless it's a 10lber.

Sometimes I give them a sip of beer before I put 'em back...  You know, to put a little hair on their chest and whatnot ;) 

 

 

As for kissing...  Yeah notsomuch.

Honestly, I've kissed several bass in the last few years, and in my experience as long as you don't use tongue, it isn't too unpleasant

Really? This is not that big of a deal. How do you eat when you are out fishing after handling fish? I mean, you do touch your food after that, right? Same thing.
