Depending on weather conditions Martins may also be a good choice. Then again you have Ike who just came off a big win so that could give him a push. Hackney definitely has the momentum going right now though. Alton Jones won his Classic at Hartwell last time they had it there, I think Cliff Pace finished 2nd. Either of those 2 would be as good a pick as any. My pick would probably be Aaron Martens, you can never rule that guy out. Look out for Casey Ashley also, this is his home water and he won a FLW tournament there this spring, by a large margin. Quote

But then he may have too much knowledge and overthink his approach as some pro's seem to do when they get on their home waters. If it comes down to a dropshot/finesse bite, I'd still say Marten but would also lump Rojas in there too. Quote
