Storing Soft Plastics

Hey guys I was just wondering, how do you guys store your soft plastics? Is it bad to store them out of the bag and just in a Plano box?

I use Plano boxes.

I store them in the bag, I cant apply a lot of scent to them while they're in tackle boxes.
