Super User Sam Posted August 22, 2014 Super User Posted August 22, 2014 Ohio State - in the toilet now that they lost their quarterback. Clepsom -still no ACC title due to FSU. Bamasucks - got a sec? Awbunn - bridesmaid again. Southern Cal - can they beat Stanford? Oklahoma - no respect until they have a conference playoff. Tennessee - still in the toilet. Oregon - who they gonna choke on this year? Texas - still a joke. Texas A&M - it's over before the first game. LSU - great team with super fans and it is hard to defeat the Fighting Tigers with 100,000 drunk coonasses in the stands. OK, it's your turn. Just remember: SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC Quote

einscodek Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 i dont think ohio state will ever be "in the toilet" they have too much talent Eyes on coach's first year at Penn State with a talented QB SEC is stacked! FSU isnt gettin by SEC this year One to watch is South Carolina.. offense should be great.. defense ..meh Georgia can still run the ball all day long theyll be fine Bama and Aubum's duel will be fun to watch.. add in LSU as a threesome this years the year of the NCAAF playoff! 1 Quote
tipptruck1 Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 Dang it I just looked at the Badgers schedule. They play LSU in death valley. For the first game of the year. Other then that it looks like a cakewalk. I really want to see how the play off will work though. Quote
gripnrip Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 Boomer Sooner. It is going to be a landmark year for college football. PLAYOFF! I just hope my Sooners are in the top 4! Oh and really Sam??? No respect since they don't have a conference championship game? SMH. lol 1 Quote

Lambeau will never be the same after the LSU gang leaves. 1 Quote
einscodek Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 Wisconsin is likely gonna be 0-1 to start..once again Big10 gets taken to school by SEC Wisconsin is a great running program but the problem is SEC west is used to great running and they just aint gonna be too impressed with Wisconsin If they want to make the playoff this game needs to be won.. its already a make or break for.. game 1 1 Quote
Super User F14A-B Posted August 23, 2014 Super User Posted August 23, 2014 Watch the Louisville Cardinals this year! That is if the coach doesn't go back to the Falcons!! Ugg, college ..... Can we talk about a Mans football team yet? Like Denver? Or the Colts? Lol!!... Quote

Wisconsin is likely gonna be 0-1 to start..once again Big10 gets taken to school by SEC Wisconsin is a great running program but the problem is SEC west is used to great running and they just aint gonna be too impressed with Wisconsin If they want to make the playoff this game needs to be won.. its already a make or break for.. game 1 Even if WI some how wins. I am not holding my breath. I have seen them go undefeated many times. Just to choke in the final few weeks. Quote
einscodek Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 yea but their schedule is usually suspect.. here if they go undefeated they have LSU under their belt for a respectable showing in the rankings there are great teams in the othe conferences but the SEC is stacked in terms of great coaches and talent.. cant lose to SEC if you want a shot at the national championship Quote
tipptruck1 Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 Their schedule is not helping them this year. Usually they have at lest 1-2 tough team on the schedule. Well from the big ten any way. Some thing like Ohio St, Penn st, MI ST, or MI. They do not have them teams this year. Other then LSU. I think Nebraska is their toughest game. Iowa and Northwestern are wild cards. If WI some how loses to Rutgers or Maryland. I would be more then ticked. Quote
Super User South FLA Posted August 23, 2014 Super User Posted August 23, 2014 SEC Championship Game Bama vs GA (Bama Wins) ACC Championship Game FSU vs. NC (FSU Wins) Big Ten Michigan St. vs. Wisconsin (Spartans take it) Big 12 Oklahoma Baylor or Texas (Sooners win it) Pac 12 Ducks? Really don't follow the conference very much, NCAA Champion FSU (weak schedule and all as long as a booster kicks in and keeps Winston fed with some crabs they will prevail) NFL Denver is too good not to make it back as AFC champion! Spoiler alert! Green Bay Packers as NFC Champion, welcome back Aaron! Those are my predictions and I am sticking to them, lets revisit thread during Championship Games! Quote

Super User South FLA Posted January 2, 2015 Super User Posted January 2, 2015 I would say that the Big Ten with Wisconsin, Michigan State, and Ohio State should be proud of what they have accomplished! Same goes for the ACC this year Clemson, Georgia Tech, and the Seminoles. The SEC isn't as dominant as people say anymore (I was a SEC backer, but I can admit I was wrong) especially after seeing them drop games against "lower" Power 5 conference teams. The only outlier here is Oregon, very weak conference and a very good football team, in my opinion the 2014 National Champions. So go ahead SEC fans, make a logical arguement that the conference is best in football....... 1 Quote
