Looking to pick up a cheap rod for my Revo sx 3 gen carrot stix or veritas?

Veritas for sure. Unless you like Duckett Micro Magics then get the Carrot Stix. I was told by someone pretty high up that the Micro Magic is a white Carrot Stix...

Never had a Veritas, but everyone seems to think they are a good rod for the money. I've had a few of the orange 'Carrot Stix Wild' rods. Broke one almost instantly on a hook-set. Sold another at a loss because I didn't like it and assumed it would break. However, I still have the Medium-Light casting rod. That cheap rod is probably garbage, but it's actually a sweet little finesse jig rod; so I'm just going to keep it around until it dies.

love my White Carrot Stix aka Ducketts no breakage issues here. plus the Duckett Ghost is a great $99 rod. Been using one for cranking and love it.

To me the Veritas is a little to stiff. Dont know much about the newer Carrot Stix, they are no longer owned by e21 a different company is running things now. But i havnt heard much feedback on the new Co's version good or bad.

Veritas! I got a 7ft MH/Fast that I use for worms and jigs and I absolutely love it. Im kinda rough on my gear and it has held up remarkably.

No Brainer Veritas FTW!!!! Carrot Stix suck, they break easy and customer service is nonexistent.

I see they are releasing a Veritas 2.0 soon, $99, might want to wait to try out the new model.

Our Bass Pro Shops in Denham Springs, La received two shipments of the Veritas 2.0 this week. Other stores should be getting them as well.
