sorry i dont know how to make them, i think those are the Terminator Quick Change skirts.

huskeyjerk kbkindle    not sure but i have some buzzbaits  called honeybuzz that are made by vision lure co that look like those.    i wish i could get some like that myself   maybe there is a lure skirt maker on this forum
