C0lt Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 So theres a reservoir right by my house that I do a lot of bank fishing at. There is usually a ton of bass, perch. there are usually also a ton of blue gill that you can see swimming through the grass and in the open circles of vegetation near the shore. Well, the res was this way before I went on a two week trip to arizona. When I got back yesterday and went to do some fishing there was almost no sign of life. after three hours of fishing I finally caught a small large mouth on a bluegill swimbait, but besides that catch, not a single bite. What happened? could there possible be something wrong health wise with the reservoir? Quote
Super User Catch and Grease Posted August 10, 2014 Super User Posted August 10, 2014 Nope... Some days I'll go out to the lake and its like a overcrowded public pool with all the splashing... And some days I'll go out there and itll look like a wasteland... The fish were probably just inactive that day, I seriously doubt that the reservoir could have a health swing in that short amount of time. Quote
