I've had a blast this summer and had a lot of great fishing days but man the summer can be brutal haha, I had to grind it out for 3hrs before I got my first 2 strikes (didn't hook them) today.

The summer is great and fun but I'm ready for fall...

Fall is great, but here in Missouri, it means nasty Winter is right around the corner; and I'm never in a hurry to get any closer to that. I'm going to hang on to Summer as long as I can.

Stop...please just stop!! Summer JUST got here!!

Why would you wish such a terrible thing after the longest coldest winter ever?! Spend a winter up north, and I promise you'll never wish for summer to end ever again. That being said, I love Halloween.

Well down here in the south fall is fantastic! And no thank you, I'll happily stay here in Georiga lol

I've always wanted to go up north during the winter but I don't think I could live there happily...

Lol To be honest, I love the fall too. Only thing I don't like is how winter is right behind it. Fall is great because I can wear shorts and a sweatshirt comfortably.

Down here winter is actually pretty fun to fish IMO, I find it "tough" but not as hard as summer to me, But up north winter fishing consist of a short pole, a chair, and a ice hole hahaha

After the winter we had. I am not ready for fall. It has been nice not freezing to death. As we had 52 days of below zero this winter. So winter can kiss me were the sun don't shine.

Never wish for fall. Summer is my favorite time of year. Fall is ok, spring sucks because of allergies and winter brings on bad depression. If summer was year-round, I'd be the happiest man on earth.

Only because I missed the spring bite and I got lots of new stuff for my bow and want to stick a deer. If we could just go summer - fall - spring cut out winter of been cool with that though.

This summer hasn't been bad at all. I think we've had maybe 2 days in triple digits when last year we had almost a month straight of it. Our winters suck, I'd much rather be sweating than freezing. I shoveled enough snow to fill an Olympic swimming pool last year, not ready to start doing that again. The fall bite never happened last year either. I'd like to hang onto summer for quite a bit longer thank you very much.

This has been an exceptionally hot and humid summer in South Florida.  The insects take away any desire I have to freshwater fish now and the inshore bite could be a lot better.  Am I looking forward to cooler weather with a days of a 10-15# fish on every cast, the answer is no.  When it ends then we have the winter doldrums that I don't look forward too.  Quite true the bass bite gets good, but bass or tarpon, snook and cuda and I know what I'm picking.

Ready for fall?  Imagine how many can't wait until next spring and the spawn!

Personally, the older I've gotten the faster time seems to slip by on its own.  No need to wish away a day, a week, or a season.

You'll learn this one as you get a little older ~

Never wish for time to go any faster ~ it goes WAY TOO FAST all on it's own.

Every day is a gift, that's why they call it "the present".

I don't really mean for time to go by, just for the season to change quicker... You know what I'm saying?

Like maybe fall can come a little early this year haha

This summer has actually been pretty nice up here in mass. I remember it being more hot and humid but it has been comfortable out. Fall is my favorite season but I don't mind the summer sticking around a little longer

I too think time goes fast enough as it does.  Love all the seasons...especially the cooler ones....winter being awesome here in the south.
