Nuffsaid23 Posted August 5, 2014 Posted August 5, 2014 Once you gut the fish and scale it, leave the fins on the tail and all. Then just grease up the frying pan and toss the fish in. Next crumble up a bunch of ritz crackers on it on both sides. It's delicious and it's how I cook red fish too. Quote
