Just need some new recipes for bass,the wife only know's one way and same here .was what goes into the recipes for bass and fish that'll work both ways ,but need some new or old recipes .thanks

Once you gut the fish and scale it, leave the fins on the tail and all. Then just grease up the frying pan and toss the fish in. Next crumble up a bunch of ritz crackers on it on both sides. It's delicious and it's how I cook red fish too.
