New Parasite Worm & Weight Clip?

I was at bass Pro on Sat. and I was at a seminar and the speeker was talking about these weights and clips. They hold your plastic from slipping down your hook and saveing your plastic bait from tareing up! Does anyone know of these or fished with them? Do you think they are worth buying? :
