What's you're favorite fluke-style bait? I love the Yamamoto d-shads. Recently they've become my go-to lure( after the weightless senko) . Bubblegum is my favorite color works in almost any color water, but I've had the most success in clear water over grass. Broke off a huge bass on one I'm guessing it was 6-7 lbs:D. Amazing lure just wondering what you're favorite is the top shelf schooling minnow looks similar or do u guys like the old zoom fluke?

Depends on where/what I'm fishing. If I want to throw a baitfish color I like flukes in the disco colors. If I want a natural color I go D-shads in GP blue, also like the midnight color for gin clear water....not conventional wisdom, but it works for me. Topshelf makes another awesome bait with a flattened tail that works the really well on a keel weighted EWG hook. I use those in the rapids of smaller rivers and the smallies tear them up. (Holo Shad)

Zoom Super Fluke - they just seem to have the right size, weight and action for me.  There are others that seem to look better, or displace water better, etc.  But none that I can place as accurately and twitch as well as them.

haven't tried too many, but the SK Caffeine Shad is my favorite thus far
