What does everyone think of him? I personally am not a fan. I don't care for his attitude amongst many other qualities. Regardless, he is an NFL QB now.

My prediction:

I think he will be a very average quarterback. I think he will have good seasons, and bad seasons over his career. He may have been a top caliber QB in college, on a top NCAA team, but this is the NFL and I think he is in for a rude awakening.

He is a train wreck.  I have said it all along, Ryan Leaf 2.0  He comes from a ton of money so that is not a motivator to him, he would rather be on TMZ than hoisting a lombardi trophy.  He might be average, if he doesn't get suspended first and will probably just float around the league as a backup if he wants to still play.

I would put him in the top 10 college players in the BCS era. Other than that I don't seem him earning anymore achievements with correlation to football.

Btw I'd like to hear everyone's opinion on who they think is the top player in the BCS era? My vote is Vince Young.

I saw the interview he gave this week. He actually sounded and looked a little scared. I loved it.

I'd go with Tebow. Vince Young is definitely up there though!

I hope he gets his knee blown out first play of game and it ends his career.

He is gonna get wrecked when he faces NFL talent, assuming he even plays.  The browns seem to be pretty steadfast on Hoyer starting in the preseason.  Guess we will see though.  He might change my mind but i doubt it.....

Depends on how the offensive coordinator coaches him.

If he is allowed to run wild then he will get injured.

If he is kept under wraps with power tosses to the backs and handoffs up the middle with the threat of a roll out pass he may be an excellent quarterback.

LSU was the only SEC team to defeat him two times and the second game Chavis used a "box" defense to box him in. If the pro teams look at the LSU game than they can counter his ability to move around and run with the ball thereby taking away one of his options and making him pass or run up the middle into the linebackers arms.

Remember Fran Tarkington of the Vikings? Fran used to be a great option quarterback. So if the team wants to use Johnny as an option quarterback as compared to a Brady and the Mannings who are drop back passers the games can be very exciting even if Johnny wants to carry the team on his back.

I like your view. I don't think Petine will let him run around. He strikes me as being quite fragile. I think they will try to make him a pocket passer. Johnny unfortunately isn't working with a lot in Cleveland. Jordon Cameron will most likely be the #1 target. Miles Austin if healthy...which isn't likely, could put up some numbers also.

Like the player, sick of the media talking about him. He has some skills, but he also had  pretty good talent around him. That offense sent 3 guys into the top ten in the draft the last two years. Mike Evans was a grown man among boys in college.

Ya, how is Tim Tebow these days?

Oops! Sorry.  What were we talking about?

Hope he works out, but only time will tell. My team needs a lot of help, but not sure I regret them not getting Johnny Football.

Your team needs help? I'm a Cowboys fan. Enough said!

There is no help, for the Cowboy's. Some one wrote a song warning folk's  "MAMA'S DON'T LET YOU BABIES GROW UP TO BE COWBOY'S"  Jerry Jones didn't listen, but he might have thrown money at it, that's all he knows how to do!

I think the question is about his fishing?

He has to use a team to support him and we fish against the fish...One on One...Just my 2

I think if Manziel is lucky, he will have a career like Vince Young's. A total stud in college, and a total flop in the NFL.

Manziel was a punk in college. Now he's just another rich punk.

I think he will follow in the foot steps of Ryan Leaf or he will be the drunk high school football coach everybody loves to hate in some small town where he thinks he is still worshiped.

I think that he will eventually be a starting QB in the NFL. What most people do not realize is that he is a throwing QB. He scrambles when he gets pressured. That being said. If he has an OL that can protect him he is going to make plays the same way he did in college. We are talking about a kid who threw for 7820 yards and 63 touchdowns at 69% with only 22 interceptions in 2 years!
