Lol, and I absolutely will not catch a 7-8#er at big bass bash to cash a $70k check. Just will never happen!

There are days when I catch lots and the urge to fish dwindles

but tell ya what a few hours after I get home..  I'm wantin to fish again!

Catching the fish is hit or miss, the thing I wish I had more of was time. College and work pretty much run my schedule, and coupling that with lining schedules up with my buddy to go out fishing - it can be a pain, and neither of us fish as much as we want to.

I have a few 100+ fish days every year (not nearly of that size though). If they're all little fish, it gets old. I'd much rather catch 2 over 5 than 100 1/2-1 pounders.

i just want to feel like i have earned and outsmarted the fish. i have fished truly trophies ponds and they lose their appeal to me real quick. would rather be on the lake working for it.
