crankbank Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 Hi Guys, I have been logging a lot of my sonar recently and have pretty much completely mapped out one of my local lakes. I have the premium subscription for Insight Genesis and have been having an issue with uploading the map back onto my SD card. The instructions say to save the .exe file to my sd card then extract it onto the card. I receive an error message when trying to save the .exe to the card, and have also tried to save the file to another spot, then extract it to my sd card. I am using a 'SanDisk Ultra 32gb MicroSDHC Class 10 UHS Memory Card' and my unit is an Elite 5 HDI. I have emailed Lowrance, but their responses have been taking some time. I suppose I would be best off giving them a call, but was curious to hear if anyone else has an easy fix. Has anyone had this issue? Should I be using a different card? Any insight will be greatly appreciated. Quote

I didn't think that would be the case, since I haven't had to flip the switch on the card to upload the data from the card onto my machine. One thing probably has nothing to do with the other.
