If this is for a baitcaster 10 or 12 pound Trilene 100% FC and for spinning gear I like 6lb 100% Trilene FC.  It really depends on what gear you are using and what size crankbait.

For squarebills to med divers I like 15lb for the abrasion resistance, for deep divers I like 10 to 12lb so it gets the lure down faster.

10lb flouro for most all my cranks. sometimes 20 when im throwin a squarebill in super shallow water. the 20lb flouro keeps the bait up in the water column and out of the junk on the bottom

For square bills to mid I use 12lb Invisx,  6xd to 10xd gets 15lb Invisx.

Ten for deep, and 12 to 17 for medium or shallow runners. The lighter the cover, the lighter the line.

It really depends on how deep you want those cranks to dive, less diameter = more depth.
