Thinking about picking up a couple to try out. Should I just get one of each? Or does one brand stand out from the other?

I haven't used any Megabass sq bills but love the Lucky Crafts.  The BDS series, TKO and LC series' baits are all great.

I have a couple of the megabass cranks and several lucky craft. I tend to catch more with the Lucky Craft lures.  My favorite is the fat BDS 2.  It's not completely square but it's close.  I also like Mann's lures.

I haven't tried any megabass but I really like my lucky craft lures

I like the versatility that Megabass FX60 Knuckle brings to the squarebill game; it's really nice to be able to switch from diver to a wakebait with one click. The adjustable lip system does cause some problem, since it is more prone to having grass/line stuck between the opening. I can't say much about LC since I only have one Omori 2.5 and I don't like throwing the bigger squarebills.

I have not thrown the Megabass bait yet, but am a fan of the Lucky Craft square bill.

I also recommend the 6th Sense Crush Flat X75 - really good.

Picked up 3 Lucky craft squarebills in a deal and they are amazing. Quality is too notch, they run true and fast better than any other brand I have used.

Yeah I have a few of those I used them for the first time today. I like them. Just wanting to try some of the high end cranks.

Hands down the knuckle is the best square bill I've fished. I am fortunate enough to have 6 of them in various colors. The lucky craft RTO series are nice though as well however they don't have that adjustable lip like megabass does.

I've got a bunch of LC RC series baits but rarely fish them anymore. They're great baits but with most of the lakes I fish having zebra mussels in them anymore I'm too worried about losing them.
