JThoms38 Posted July 13, 2014 Posted July 13, 2014 Anyone else fish these baits? I picked a few more up after fish violently hitting em and a great hook up ratio with my first one! Quote
Super User gulfcaptain Posted July 13, 2014 Super User Posted July 13, 2014 They get hammered pretty good, walk easy, but also sit a bit low in the water. Find they work better when there's patches of thicker weeds mixed in. But then people complain because they do fill with water, but they work really well and have caught more "frog" fish on the field mouse then any other hollow body frog, but each style has it's pro's and cons and excels in different circumstances. 1 Quote
ColdSVT Posted July 13, 2014 Posted July 13, 2014 They rock! And i find them a hair easier to walk compared to the live target frog. 1 Quote

Super User tcbass Posted July 13, 2014 Super User Posted July 13, 2014 I just got mine from Tackle Warehouse. I'll have to try it. I was having so much success with my new Savage 3D frog I didn't get a chance to use it. 1 Quote

bigfishbk86 Posted July 13, 2014 Posted July 13, 2014 What size of the mouse are you guys using? Quote
JThoms38 Posted July 13, 2014 Author Posted July 13, 2014 What size of the mouse are you guys using? I like the 60t size which will be the 3 inch 5/8 oz Quote
Super User gulfcaptain Posted July 13, 2014 Super User Posted July 13, 2014 Have the smallest ones as well as the standard 3" version. High pressured waters, the smaller one seems to pick off the wearier fish where they won't even look at a bigger frog. 1 Quote

bradc36 Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 I like the biggest version of these, just because I don't have a frog in that size. Moves more water and I like them a lot right before dusk open water or on top of weed beds. 1 Quote
