NCBassAssassin Posted July 12, 2014 Posted July 12, 2014 I personally just make sure that I have frogs with a white belly and frogs with a black belly. I really like the Spro frogs, but I have had problems sit a couple of them sinking in the past. Quote
BiteFiend Posted July 12, 2014 Posted July 12, 2014 They're great frogs; they walk easier than most others, are durable, and take on less water than some of the others. As NCBassAssasin mentioned, you'll want to make sure to get one with white on it's stomach and one with black. Additionally, I like yellow because some of the real frogs around here have yellow on their stomach. I feel like all the other colors on top of the frog are more designed to catch fisherman since fish can't see the top. Quote
robster80 Posted July 12, 2014 Author Posted July 12, 2014 i think my nasty shad has white on belly. ill pick up a dark belly one today. Quote
jignfule Posted July 12, 2014 Posted July 12, 2014 Very good frogs, I used them for years. I have most of my success with black or darker colors. I have since switched to Booyah Pad Crasher. They work just as well, but are a lot more durable and less money. I am getting 2 to 3 times the life out of the booyahs compares to the spros. Good luck froggin!!!!! 1 Quote
