Crankinstein Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 Megabass Pop X in white python color for me. Largemouth, white bass, and even the occasional bull bluegill have been hitting it this year. I've had success in very shallow coves with a lot of cover as well as open water on fish busting the surface. On all occasions I'm using a pop pop pause style retrieve and the fish hit it on the pause every time. Quote
Bobby Uhrig Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 For me its only one -The most universal Cavitron - the most productive top water bait I have used- Yes there is a time and place for spooks-Pop-R's but for all around top water-Nothing I have found out produces a Cavitron buzz Bait- besides I know the owner and I get a few free ones- Quote
Super User tcbass Posted July 14, 2014 Super User Posted July 14, 2014 If you haven't used one you won't understand how awesome it is, Arbogast Buzz Plug in black or firetiger. Other than that keep it to livetarget frogs and field mouse for heavier cover. What size do you use, the larger or smaller? Quote
