dam0007 Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 I say caution because after you're first purchase you're gonna feel like a sucker for ever buying anyone else's, paying more for less quality! Also your wife may suspect something's up when the usps boxes start arriving weekly! Excellent job Siebert! Skirts spread evenly, paint looks excellent, no paint in eyelets, hooks A++++ 10 Quote
dam0007 Posted July 11, 2014 Author Posted July 11, 2014 Bump just got my first dredge headed Siebert jig. Incredible quality yet again! Not sure how exactly your presentation is supposed to be with it tho ? hopping it I'm assuming. Looks like it can work grass pretty good. 1 Quote
Super User Raul Posted July 11, 2014 Super User Posted July 11, 2014 The GMan is a fisherman that makes stuff the way we want it because that's also the way he wants them. 2 Quote

Some guys are swimming them also and say that the head acts like a keel and tracks straight and works very well even swimming. It is a very universal jig. It will go through grass well just not real thick grass. IMO thick grass is more of a specialty jig deal. 2 Quote
GoRavens Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 Just placed my 2nd order.... But don't know why smh, bait monkey 2 Quote
FrogFreak Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 I just made my second order. I had a question and left a message for Mike. He called me back the same day and helped me out. I hung up the phone, looked over at my wife and said, "Well, I won't be buying jigs from anywhere else again!" Siebert Outdoors is the online equivalent to the old time corner store. Great service Mike! 4 Quote
Schuyler co Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 Same here, Mike called me back as well, great guy. Got my first 3 Seibert jigs in mail yesterday, they make all my other jigs look like garbage...fishing them in morning, will start out with swim jig in bluegill with a green pumpkin chigger craw...going to really take my time tying it on, will cry if I lose one...then place another order! 1 Quote
SlappinKraken Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 I'm new to jig fishing so I wanted to give some a try so I bought a couple grass jigs and fogies from Siebert. With good success I just made my second order last night to try the brush heads and punchin jigs. Yesterday I used a 3/4 ounce grass jig with a pit boss trailer and a fogy bladed jig with a skinny dipper trailer and was catching a lot of northern on the edges of thick hydrilla. Here's one with a weird little pose for ya lol. 1 Quote

Siebert Outdoors Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 Mike, make a Mystery Siebert Lucky Box!! $15/Month 4 random jigs! Interesting idea. Just made that happen. No subscription I'm not set up to do anything like that. http://www.siebertoutdoors.com/Random-Jig-Pack-121.htm One thing I am currently working on is a "quick pick" I'll have 10 of the best colors already picked out and just click and order. No picking head colors, skirts, etc. All of these will be the top 10 sellers. 6 Quote

I have the bama color in the dredge and I put a rage craw on the back. I was able to flip/pitch/hop/drag. I have also caught a ton of fish just swimming the jig. Quote

crankbank Posted July 19, 2014 Posted July 19, 2014 Received my 'Random Jig Pack' today. I was more than thrilled to see what was waiting for me on the inside. 5 awesome jigs (sorry-should have snapped some picks), but they all looked amazing. Great assortment of sizes, types and colors. Will be throwing them on tomorrow and cannot wait! Thanks Mike. Quote
