Whats a good Daiwa spinning reel in the $75 price range? Been switching everything over to Daiwa but dont want to spend alot, really dont want to spend more than $50-$60 because of the lack of use I typically get from a spinning reel.

I have a Tierra 2500 that I LOVE. probably wont find one new for 75, but if you look, you can find a dang nice used one.

New I couldn't say.  I bought 3 used Whisker SS tournament reels.  One had to be sent to DVT for some maintenance.  Think I paid about $50-$60 for each of them.  Older technology, but I personally like their looks, and they are suppose to have one of the best drags in the business.  I also have a couple of the older Daiwa models that use to be near the top of their lineup...I think....a 1500CU and 2500C SS II.  Haven't used them all that much as I prefer baitcast reels, but I can say that I do like them so from the little I have used them.  Had them long enough that I don't remember the price, but it probably was somewhere between $60-$100.

From what I have read about the Procyon, if you can get one heavily discounted, then that would be the way I would go.  No personal experience tho.  Just heresay.

You can usually find a used tierra around that price. I have 2 and they are my only 2 spinning reels

The Aird is a great reel.  Lightweight and smooth.  Its one of the best reels in its price point.

If you can find a Procyon in your price range, get it. Great spinning reel. I have a 2000 size on an EliteTech River Runner 6'8'' Light rod. One of my favorites for sure.
