CDMeyer Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 I just got the HumminBird LCR 4000, I know it is old and not the best but it is better than nothing. I have read the directions on it and think I under stand them pretty well. My biggest question was where is what I see on the screen in the water. I read that it would be under you or behind you, correct? If anyone has any tips on how to use it to benefit my fishing and or any helpful hints for me using this sonar Quote
Super User Wayne P. Posted June 26, 2014 Super User Posted June 26, 2014 The very first vertical row of screen pixels on the right side is current data, all to the left of that is history. If you want to know the location of the recorded history, you have to pay attention where you are as you see stuff first recorded. I had one of those units many years ago. Quote
