Ghostshad Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 1/2 oz swim jig NorthStar , is a Rage Craw to large for the jig or would a baby rage craw work better, or will they both work.GOD BLESS AND THANKS Quote
TNBassin' Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 Personally I'd use a baby rage craw. Have u tried the Rage Tail Menace as a swim jig trailer? It's pretty awesome. Same goes for the rage grub. Quote
River Rat316 Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 Craw and the chunk both work, it just depends on what profile you want, more good trailers are the Havoc subwoofer, havoc grass pig, paca chunks, and single and double tail grubs. Quote
Super User slonezp Posted June 26, 2014 Super User Posted June 26, 2014 I use some pretty large trailers on Northstar swimjigs with success. Paddletails that are larger than the ragecraw Make sure whatever you use, you have a good bit of hook sticking out when it's rigged. Quote
Mr Swim Jig Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 I have had great luck with Reaction Innovations Skinny Dippers and with a Swimming Senko. Quote
