I know it's late...but I'm hitting twin lakes tomorrow with bmac and wondering if anyone has been up there lately and what's worked. We absolutely killed it last time with jerk baits and senkos...Wondering what's working now. I can't wait to enjoy my first day of summer vacation!!

So, my report...

It was a gorgeous day on the lake. However, Brian and I didn't kill it like last time. We hit a few Red eyes, pickerel and perch. The only large mouth I caught was a decent size, but in about 15' deep of water. Those ledges are where the bass are hanging. As far as the lilly pad spot between the two lakes, we had one hit and lost frogs. A fish finder with structure locator would have done wonders. And it was an old school kind of day--my fish came on a Mepps rooster tail--including the bass.

Well edsbar and I will be hitting East/West twin lakes again this Saturday the 5th. Hoping to be on the water around 7ish. Last time was a little rough. I'd really love to get into a nice trout. Any help would be appreciated!

Brian
