The Okuma Mat Daddy is a beast of a rod at a VERY reasonable price.  It has features and components seen on expensive gear, without the high price. Seriously, it's a bargain.  Check it out!

Other than a few inches and 10 more bucks...what's difference between 7'3" h and mat daddy?

The Mat Daddy has an extra guide near the reel handle.  This allows you to grab the line ahead of it, thus preventing the line from wrapping up in your reel handle.

The 7'3" really Intrigues me for punching. 7'11" won't fit in my truck.
