WVbassin87 Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 After over a month i finally get to go fishing. of course with my luck they're calling for scattered showers, but come hell or high water i'm going. any technique y'all use that works well when it rains? Quote
Mr Swim Jig Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 A swim jig always works well for me in the rain. Quote
Super User Catch and Grease Posted June 19, 2014 Super User Posted June 19, 2014 Ive had a couple summer days where a spook worked good... Dunno if the rain had anything to do with that though. Quote
5dollarsplash Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 If you've got some vegetation, or if your dean rojas in open water, give a frog a shot. For some reason I've had good production, especially at the start of a rain with a frog. Quote
Paul s Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 I agree with the last comment, try a frog if the dont hit it on top and if you have and try a zoom horny toad and swin it under the surface its worked quite well for me that way to far, also try wacky rigging a senko. Just my 2 cents. 1 Quote

Just my 2 cents. i bought some Yum Dingers to try. i have 3 colors: one's smoke with one side white, one's green with white, and what looks best to me is a dark greenish brown with chartreuse tips 1 Quote
