Have any of you guys used this jig? Do you like it?

I bought two and they look good but the hook on them seems a little too compact. Like the shank is really short and the hook gap doesn't seem very wide... I fished them today for the first time and lost two good fish from them throwing the hook and I believe I got a good hook set, it may have just been a fluke and I'm not gonna give up on them just yet.

whats yalls opinion on this jig?

I was shopping for some jigs last week and saw these. I was about to grab a few, but just thought they were nothing special. I've grown fond of the Dredge style jig (siebert) makes and they have a comparable jig at my local tackle shop now. The eye is recessed and the owner deep throat hook is clutch in holding fish.

I really don't see how this structure jig is anything unique.

I have seen far too many Strike King jigs with blunt tipped hooks right out of the package to ever consider using one.

Stick with Siebert Outdoors jigs and you'll be much happier and catch more fish.

I second the dredge jig from siebertoutdoors.  My hookup ratio has gone up considerably since switching to them, it may be coincidence or I just have gotten better at fishing jigs.  :)  I know what you mean about instant gratification, but I think the quality is well worth the wait.

Haha its well worth the wait! I haven't ordered any personally but my friend gave me 2 he got from siebert and they are great... But I like buying things from stores occasionally when I stop by

Even though I'll pretty much only use Siebert from this point forward I have heard good things about the DB Structure Jigs.

no way I am paying a premium price for SK jigs when I can get Dirty Jigs or Siebert Jigs for less.

Doubt the hook is the issue, they use Owner Cutting Point hooks on the Structure jig. They should be extremely sharp.
