Pictures on post?

I know you guys have probally been asked before,but how do I put pictures on my post?I have a a Kodak and its software and know how to use it,but I am really computer illiterate.

You have to have a host site like photobucket or myfishingpictures.com.  Then download what you want and in your posts use the insert image icon and place the url (address) in it.
