OroBass Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 Just got back fishing at the wildlife ponds and caught my personal best. 11.15 lbs. What a fight this fish gave me. Days like this and fish like her are why I bass fish. Caught her on 12lb mono and a Texas rigged zoom finesse worm on a owner shakey head. 2 Quote

flyingmonkie Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 That's awesome! The wildlife ponds in my area are junk! Win for public lands! Quote
OroBass Posted June 17, 2014 Author Posted June 17, 2014 Unreal day! My first fish over 5 lbs. Big bass are definitely different she fought for a little bit. I thought something else was on the end of my line! Still jacked on adrenaline. Quote

OroBass Posted June 20, 2014 Author Posted June 20, 2014 Thanks man 25 inches. She fought for several runs on 12 lb mono. I'm getting her mounted. I thought I caught something else! Quote
starcraft1 Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 Next time take 4 pics. top, bottom, & both sides, leaght, girth, & fan tail size. This way you can have replical made and the old gal can live to fight another day. Real nice toad though! You've gotta show me these ponds! Quote
