Hopefully with the extra line capacity they will make a cranking reel. IN LEFT HAND!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure why anyone would ever need more line capacity than the original tatula for bass! That just makes spooling so much more expensive, even with backing!

Unless you crank with 20 lb mono/fluoro, the standard tatula should be fine for this, no? Has tons of line cap

they don't make it in lefty in standard. So if they did in this it would be our only option.

I agree, Ive never even come close to spooling my Tat R.

Just called Daiwa customer service for the hell of it to see if they plan on releasing the Tatula 5:1 and HD in lefty. As well as the Steez in the higher gear ratio. They said they wont know until after I cast but they are getting alot of requests in for more leftys. She advised me to put it in writing as well and shoot a email to admail@daiwa.com (for anyone interested) ... Will probably fall on deaf ears but who knows.

Diggy they locked the site. Good find for while it lasted. We werent supposed to know I guess.
