ec1 Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 I'm not sure why anyone would ever need more line capacity than the original tatula for bass! That just makes spooling so much more expensive, even with backing! Quote
Smallmouth Hunter Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 Hopefully with the extra line capacity they will make a cranking reel. IN LEFT HAND!!!!!!!! Unless you crank with 20 lb mono/fluoro, the standard tatula should be fine for this, no? Has tons of line cap Quote
dam0007 Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 Unless you crank with 20 lb mono/fluoro, the standard tatula should be fine for this, no? Has tons of line cap they don't make it in lefty in standard. So if they did in this it would be our only option. Quote

dam0007 Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 would be nice Just called Daiwa customer service for the hell of it to see if they plan on releasing the Tatula 5:1 and HD in lefty. As well as the Steez in the higher gear ratio. They said they wont know until after I cast but they are getting alot of requests in for more leftys. She advised me to put it in writing as well and shoot a email to admail@daiwa.com (for anyone interested) ... Will probably fall on deaf ears but who knows. 1 Quote
