Man getting skunked never feels good... I had 3 fish get off the hook so I guess I got them to bite but man I hate not landing a fish all day. It'd be easier if a freaking jet ski or super boat didn't fly by doing 60 every 5 minutes. I hate crowded public waters with a passion. It'll be awhile before I go to that river/lake again.

I hear you. As someone who only fishes from shore or a kayak, I'm glad I made the decision to fish electric motor only waters. My enjoyment has gone up so much more.

I feel your pain today was my second day this week getting skunked.

Come to think of it I have only landed 5 dinks all season so far.

It is really testing my resolve.

Got skunked tonight too so I'm with you brother! What a bummer because I was trying to fish different sub-surface baits after reading how effective they can be at night, rather than my standard senko or top water lures. I got bites on senkos and a hollow body frog but no landed fish. I was fishing a private lake that was calm as glass too! I guess it's bound to happen now and again. Still sucks though. We'll get them next time!

Don't worry guys , if you fish often enough it happens to everyone once in a while.  Keep your line wet and good things will happen!
