Yes they are worth every penny. There durable and the colors are great.

I only buy Lucky Craft jerkbaits and top water baits. I'm not really familiar with their crankbait line up. I do have a bunch of RC 1.5s which I bought on clearance.

The fish will tell you what they're worth.

I have some cheaper baits that catch and I have some more expensive baits that catch.

I also have some of both that do not catch but Most of my LC Baits are very good.

All except the Live Pointer - that one really wangs . . .

The squarebills certainly are.

I agree, the square bills are very good, I bought one and have caught a boat load with it but I'll just stick to my KVD 1.5's for now considering the price difference because they both catch fish.

I never knew "wangs" was a verb. Just thought it was a plural noun :)

I like buying LC because there good right out of the box they come with super strong hooks and they run true right out the box.

btd has sale on em so i picked up 4 shallow to mid cranks. colors i got were aurora blk. orig tennessee shad. american shad. chartreuse shad.

Great colors.  Lucky Craft is my favorite hard bait company.  Great color patterns, great designs, good hardware, durable and very consistent.

The short answer is yes, Lucky Craft baits are worth the money.

As far as their cranks go, I really like the shallower running baits.  The BDS series in all sizes are good.  The KVD cranks are a good buy for the money as well, just don't have as much confidence in some of their colors.

That's a question only you can answer. No doubt, Luck Craft makes top-shelf quality baits that catch bass with the best of them. But so will many others.

Personally, I won't pay the price for new ones, but then, I'm a cheap old codger. All of the LCs that I have, I've bought used in the Flea Market section for half of retail or less.

Much has been written about Lucky Craft lures and many bass anglers have developed a great deal of confidence fishing them.

I've ticked a lot of money away in my lifetime, but it won't ever be on LC baits. I just can't justify buying those when cheaper options have yet to fail me. Plus, it's easier to lose a $6 crank as opposed to an $18 crank.

For that money they should not only catch fish, but gut, clean and scale them for ya.

Well that depends, while they are built very well (personally I use to buy them), IMO I think they are REALLY over rated. I just stick with Norman lures for my plastic cranks and to replace the lucky craft R.c squarebills (Which is now the LC series) I swapped over the Luck -E- Strikes RC2 series.
