EvanT123 Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 Just watched Al Linder smash some smallmouth on a rapala skitter prop. The one with one prop on the back. Anyone have an insight on this lure and maybe comperables as well? Quote
Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted June 10, 2014 Global Moderator Posted June 10, 2014 I tried one and never had any success with it. IMO the old standby Heddon Torpedo is a much better bait. Quote
mod479 Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 My favorite topwater bait actually, frog, chrome, and firetiger covers the colors you need on the bottom of the bait. The stock hooks suck, I added an St-36 and a owner dressed treble to the ones I have. Still sits back in the water like it should. Its a good prop bait til you want to spend more $, then I suggest a LC Kelly J. 1 Quote

OntarioFishingGuy Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 I kinda like it, but then again I am biased towards Rapala lures. Quote
