Super User Catch and Grease Posted June 5, 2014 Super User Posted June 5, 2014 I just got my tatula in the mail but haven't fished it yet but was skimming through the manual and noticed it says in multiple places that you need to be careful with the TWS because it could break. Is it fragile and should I worry about it? Have any of you guys had problems with it? I Moved it a little and it seemed loose, is this normal? Quote
Mr Swim Jig Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 It should move a little and I wouldn't worry about it. I have several and haven't had any issues and I haven't heard of anyone else having issues with it either.... Quote
OntarioFishingGuy Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 The TWS is a little loose on mine too, I wouldnt worry about it. Mine seems very solid. Quote
Hattrick7 Posted June 6, 2014 Posted June 6, 2014 Fragile? Mines seems pretty solid. I dunno never really crossed my mind as fragile. How loose is it is what I'm wondering. Did you take it apart at some point? Quote
Super User Tywithay Posted June 6, 2014 Super User Posted June 6, 2014 It's not fragile, per say. The warning is for folks that might work on their reels or are careless. If you drop the twing on the ground and nick it, it can damage the line. Under normal conditions, it's a solid piece of metal, and as fragile as a piece of metal would be. Quote
