How do you dip your own tubes?

I have heard of people dipping their own tubes- is there a website I can go to to learn this?  

Or do you just heat up old plastic worms and dip a stick into it then cut the skirt yourself?

I take it you are talking about pouring your own tubes, you can buy the molds, plastics, salt at http://www.del-mart.com/. Or if you are trying to make a tube you have heavier you can melt old plastics in the microwave and dip the tube into the hot plastic, be sure not to let the skirt get in the hot plastic or it will melt togethor.
