pnoonan21 Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 Can you guys give me any tips on how to fish senkos, jigs, and frogs. Also when the best situation is for each one, and what colors are best for what conditions. Oh and does anyone have a Bass Member Bag that they do not use and could give to me? PM me if you can help me out. Thanks! Quote
papajoe222 Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 Welcome to the board. There are plenty of recommendations on how to use most if not all lures on the site. I recommend you use the search function, there are posts and videos archived for you. Plenty of usefull information geared toward both the novice and seasoned angler. Questions do get answered, but ones that cover a wide range of baits, presentations, colors, etc. would require a member to write an article. Refine your questions to one topic and search out answers on the site here and you'll be on your way to becoming a well informed angler. 1 Quote

gnuisance Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 In regards to a frog, I just started fishing these but have had some success. fish them along weedy banks or in clumps of weeds / lilly pads. Imagine what a real frog would look like in the water and simulate that. Combination of walking, chugging, popping movements work well. Use heavy line because the hook sets are hard and fast. During the warmer months when the water gets weedy this is a terrific way to fish. Quote
