I placed an order on Memorial Day, and they still haven't even shipped it out. I emailed them four days ago and I still haven't even got a reply. Is this company known to take forever to process orders? I won't be buying from them anymore.

They do typically take a bit to ship when they have sales. I'm guessing it's a very small business and they get overwhelmed, or perhaps they take their time..I have ordered from them on sales before and it took at least a week to get the goods. Not a deal breaker for me, but everyones different.

They are slow if it is a sale or not. They always have with me anyway.

I bought a Metanium from TW on the 5/29. UPS has it schedule for delivery 6/2 . That's 4 days and 2 of those days are the week-end. TW sure seems to have there stuff together, pretty impressed.

x2 they do take a while but when you can get dobyns rods for that price I don't mind the wait.

B.T.D. has two men working the floor and after sales three. they had over 450 orders to fill and some of the products hadn't come in to fill the shelves. Why do I know this? They sell most of what we make and I know all the staff including the owner. It's a 5,000 sq. ft. building and right now we have a serious flu going around the entire north state. Hang in there, their doing the best they can with the short staff they have right now. Fil - out with the flu, Jamie - just getting over it - Bobby - working his tail off - Brent - doing 7 days a week to get the orders out. I don't mean to defend them as much as I do, but they're all my friends and I fish with and against them. All great guys, just having a tough go of it right now. This flu is no joke, it put me in the V.A. hosp. for a week. All your orders will get out A.S.A.P.

I bought on 5/24 and I am scheduled for delivery on 6/3.

if they are not on sale yea they are the same price but when they have them on sale they are cheaper than TW

Yes, I've experienced the slower service, but their sale prices are pretty good so I don't mind waiting.

Yeah, they are a bit slow, but they probably have a smaller staff compared to TW or BPS or others. Also, they probably receive 300-500 or more orders on holidays, so you can't blame them for being a bit slow. I am guessing the first 100 or so orders were shipped out the next day.

Ah yes in this age of I've got to have it now, heaven forbid that one may have to wait a few days to receive something.

Agreed they're much slower than TW but I'm willing to wait when they have those unbelievable 25% off sales. Reading Starcraft's genuine comments makes me even more patient.

I NEVER buy things from them because their inventory isn't great and they take forever to ship. You'll get it eventually.

BTD will have items on sale that TW doesn't, like Lucky Craft. TW's Christmas sale is their best sale of the year, but IMO, their Memorial Day sale has become a little sad the past couple years

I got my Memorial Day order pretty quick vs the last order I bought from them.  I ordered because they have some colors of LC pointers that TW doesn't have.

Yes TW is faster and BTD can be a bit pokey on shipping. I've never had an issue with them though and they seem like good guys when i've called. Inventory is a bit lower for most things, but the sales are great if they have what you want. I laugh when people are willing to wait for the sales to come around, but have no patients once they push the order button.

Still haven't recieved an email saying it was shipped.
