The worst part of fishing is when you feel great and ride 30 minutes out on a lake, then... Your stomach loses an argument with last nights supper haha! Happened to me today and boy I've never flew so fast in a boat lol

Couldn't agree more.  I have been known to take a couple of preemptive Immodium for just such a problem.  My tummy is fragile anyways and I don't want to be caught in a boat with intestinal distress.

Of course a close second would be that feeling you get when DNR is idling up to you and you realize your license is in the car.  It might even cause problem #1... :embarassed2:

If you fish alot it has happened to almost everyone.  I always keep a heavy duty big garbage bag in the boat and a roll of toilet paper.  Empty the live well, put the bag in, some paper to obsorb liquids, sit down and make a happy!!!! :eyebrows:  I have waved to people as they go bye.  Almost as good as the throne at home.

Just happened to me on a local lake last sunday. This was the first time I had been there on a boat. I've never caught anything there before, but I had only fished it 2 prior times, with the wife. I woke up early (10:30 am) from a night of many beers and thought "I'm good now, no worries.", and had a cup of coffee. Bad idea. As soo as we were on the water, I felt it deep down. You know the grumble and discomfort. I sighed, turned my troller to speed 5 and went for the first bank with a fresh swim bait. I held it and dealt with it for 6 hours straight that day. The worst part is I didn't catch a single fish. I threw spinners, cranks, lipless cranks, swim baits, buzz bait, chatter bait, lazy ike, jigs, and a lunker frog..... It was still better than being at work.

Lou, I have had some back seaters you would know, from their site names, that have had to use the mobil throne.  It works like a charm.  Just remember to reload and replace the bag.   For the other end I have a big mason gar.  I'm getting too old to balance on the edge of the boat.  Just fill the jar, dump it, and wash it out.   With all the big gators, and pythons, we have down here  I don't want anything hanging over the side for an extended period of time. :laugh5:  :laugh5:  :laugh5:

I had half of my stomach removed when I was 25yrs old.Two years later,I had my gallbladder removed,so I get back up with bile.Onyl two ways to get rid of it. Well I got into bass fishing in the 80's and joined a club.ONE year our monthly club tournament came on Mother's Day.I tried getting it changed, but the guys wouldn't do it.I was up for most improved angler of the year,so I had no choice, but too fish it.Well, from the time we launched the boats, this junk hit me.It was my boat and I kept running into the woods.I felt sorry for my partner,he wasn't fishing much.I made it through the day,but I was so weak,i couldn't load the boat. The guys called up my wife, she came and got me,and one of the guys bought my boat home.I ended up in bed for a week, with this junk in my stomach. From that day on,I nevered fished an important day.Oh yeah,I did get most improved angler of the year, and made Delaware's eight man team.
