Another vote for the Zoom Super Fluke with a 4/0 off set hook. Sometimes when I want a slower fall I put a nail in the belly just before it starts.

Try a fluke rigged sideways and also a MANNS shadow is great for a very subtle approach

Max is right on the spot with that trick. Not many bass have seen a sideways moving jerkbait. I use a #1 Owner mosquito hook rigged through the side and out the middle of the back.
