What are your guys suggestions on a crankbait rod for throwing small cranks for under 100$? Thanks

BPS Crankin Sticks get great reviews.  Picked up a ML last year in November.  Does a good job on 3/16 oz. crankbaits.  Haven't fished it enough to give a personal recommendation, but plenty on here have, and highly recommend it.

glass, composite or CF?   While I have an older St.Croix glass rod I prefer composite for my deep cranks and CF for the mid to shallow runners.  If I was only going to own I crankbait rod it would be a CF rod, you get a little more sensitivity and that can be very helpful sometimes when learning cranks.     Of the CF rods in your price range I would look for a Carbonlite that would work or maybe a St.Croix Rage, these rods are clearance for 99 dollars at our local Gander Mountain.

How small of crankbaits are we talking? For square bills, I really like a Falcon Bucoo Medium 7'2 Micro. Good price point and has enough give in it to rocket that sucker a mile and not rip hooks out the mouth.

BPS Crankin Sticks are a good choice for shallow/med. cranks, but I'd recommend their Carbonlite in an action suited to your liking.  I just like the added sensitivity.

I picked up a winch a few weeks back.  Really like it so far.

BPS cranking stick or a powell.

Diesel is my preferred rod. The W&M Clunns are o.k. in the 7 foot model. I really didn't care for the 7'6" model at all.
