Do they sell Vicious Pro Elite fluoro? I hear it's quite a bit better than the original fluoro and is an excellent value. I haven't tried it yet and I'm interested, but I don't really like the other stuff. Standard Vicious fluoro ties a strong knot but it has too much memory and it always seems to act up when I use it on spinning tackle.

Ill have to check this out. I'm interested in trying out the Vicious floro.

Over the years Vicious line discussion comes up frequently.

As an overview, it seems to me that about 95% of the comments

are negative.

I have personally tried it once, for about an hour before

throwing it away. Experiment if you like, it's cheap, but

in my opinion, a total waste of both time and money.

I've seen the displays in a couple of my local WMs, but it all looks like cheap crap to me. The cranks look poorly finished, like the old Renegade cranks they used to carry.

I didn't see a single thing that interested me at all.

I must be the odd ball. I Love Vicious Ultimate Co-Poly and also am liking the new Flouro, although I have only been out fishing once with it so far.

Not crazy about there braid and have not tried any of there lures yet.

Yeah I bought some zoom flukes and swimming flukes and gammy hooks at wally world today after work. Are owner hooks any good.I only have used gammy, mustad and owner senko hooks that has a screw lock keeper on it which seems to work pretty darn good. Its the only hook I have used by owner I believe.I bought em online I think.I dont think they sell those at work.

I personally haven't had problems with the 2 spools of Vicious FC iv'e used, And Iv'e used much higher end flouro's.

Owner Cutting Points are about the only hook I use.  They are super sharp and ultra durable.

I bought a Vicious Popper off that cardboard display.  I figured if it at least floats it'll have the greatest chance of not entirely sucking.

Personally I like the Vicious floro for flipping heavy cover because of its abrasion resistance. It helps to stretch it out before fishing with it, otherwise it has terrible memory.

i use 4lb Viscious flouro on my steelhead combo and haven't had any problems with it,  I havent used a thicker diameter version of it though..

Uhh, the question is about the new Vicious lures, not the line. I'll bet they're of similar quality to the line.

The only Viscious products in my local Wal-Mart are panfish line, lures and tackle. All are priced at $1.

They do carry Owner hooks, but not a very wide selection. Lots of Gammy hooks, though.

the line stinks. as for lures the hard baits stink but the soft plastics are okay.
