hoosierbass07 Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Anybody here try those Havoc Back Slide lures? I keep looking for them in Gander Mountain but they haven't got them yet. I was intrigued by them when I saw them talked about on TV. I've not seen much talk about them on forums though so I get the sense they aren't in favor right now. The reviews on tackle warehouse say they do glide backwards and some say they don't glide backwards. Any opinions on these lures? Quote

It takes a little tweaking, you might have to find the right hook or have to put a very small glass rattle in the butt of the bait, but they will glide very slowly back into cover. They little legs quiver like crazy with the right rate of fall. Caught a lot of fish on cotton candy, but start with a bag or two of the colors you like and see if you like them. Quote
