Zach P Posted May 13, 2014 Posted May 13, 2014 Anyone have a personal preference on what type of sharpies or markers to use to add some coloration or minor changes while on the water? I've been seeing guys make changes to cranks but I'm unsure of what they're using and what truly lasts/works for a decent amount of time before coming off of the bait. Quote
Super User Master Bait'r Posted May 13, 2014 Super User Posted May 13, 2014 I use the scent markers. They work AND stink pretty. 1 Quote
Super User Jrob78 Posted May 13, 2014 Super User Posted May 13, 2014 I just read an article Mark Rose wrote about this subject. He said he uses "waterproof Sharpies" to change colors on his baits. The Spike It markers work great on soft plastics but I've never tried them on hard baits. 1 Quote

KDW96 Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 Spike-it makes the scented markers. Do-it makes paint markers and jig molds. You can also get paint markers at hobby lobby, make sure to print off a 40% off coupon, which will makem alot cheaper. Quote
