Super User deaknh03 Posted May 12, 2014 Super User Posted May 12, 2014 I don't normally shop or purchase from Basspro, but we had a grand opening near me a couple of months ago, and I took the wife and kids. While there, my wife spotted a hooded dress that she really liked, so I filed the thought away for mother's day. I ordered the dress from Basspro * the middle of last week, giving them a week and a half to get it to me. Skip to last Weds, the tracking says delivered, but my stoop is empty..not good. I take a peek around my neighborhood, no dice. I email Basspro immediately, and tell them it was a mother's day gift, and I NEED it asap. Skip to Friday, fedex drops me a box off that afternoon..Basspro had overnight expressed my item, at no charge to me. I don't normally write rants or raves about companies, but this was spectacular, a solid show of customer service. Your thoughts? 5 Quote

Everyone complains when bad things happen, however they do not say a peep when good things happen. I try to make it known when someone goes out of their way to make things right. Quote
