How Often Do You Fish?

Nearly every day for about two hours a day. The ponds I fish are only about 5 minutes down the road.

I don't do many short 2 or 3 hour trips. Like next week I'm going on a two week trip where I'll average 10 hours a day for 15 days straight. Other than long trips, if I go out I'll do 6 to 8 hours at a time, 4 to 6  days a month during spring through fall.

I'm an hour or two at a time, a few times a week.....12 and 10 yr old needing rides to/from school, practices, games and my own work schedule prevent much more than that.

Usually 4 times a week. 3 nights after work that can range from 2-4 hours depending on what time we get done. And then one full day on the weekend,often for a tournament, that if the weather and fish are cooperating is from dawn till dark. Then, of coarse, my job is very weather dependent. So if we have had rain, and are waiting for things to dry out, I might fish and extra day or two in a row during the week, or if we are not super busy I will get a weekday off in between jobs and fish then too opting for that instead of an extra weekend day off. One of the perks from being with my company for 20 years is the insane amount of paid vacation time I get. I usually take 2 weeks off in late summer early fall just prior to getting busy with our fall work, and fish almost every day of that, plus I still take at least 1-2 vacation days per month the rest of the year and go fishing... I get on the water about 100- 120 times in our "season" which is from April -Nov.

Im doing 55 hours. 6 days on average. I still manage two hours a day of fishing and usually on my off days I go sun up to sun down.

Since I've recently retired, I average almost every other day during the week and 2 tournaments a month.

Friday/Sat. till noon or dark depending on bite.

Sundays during spawn...otherwise with family.

Will go after work also a few times a month if partner(retired) calls and bite is hot.

7 days a week year round.  Mornings are always saltwater, afternoon is freshwater unless there is a hot bite then I go back to the ocean.

Well looking at my logs I fished a total of three times in April and one time this month.  Did win my club tourny in April and have the May one coming up soon.  Work and 5 year old boy in baseball has been tough on my fishing.  I just try to prepare and get the most out of my trips as possible.

6-7 days a week - any where from 2 hours to about 6 or 7. The water is in my backyard so that makes it easier.

Everyday! I usually fish 2-4 hours on Monday-Thursday. On Friday-Sunday I wake up at five do final touches to baits then fish til midnight usually cats at night.

In 2010,I had my left knee replaced,after 12 opertions on it.2013 It was redone.Because of all the opertions on it,I became disabled.I can fish everday from 4-8 hrs.Just depends how much pain I can take that day.Lots of time i'll let whom ever i'm fishing with run the trolling motor,for the day or a few hrs.

I average about 4-5 days a week 3-5 hours a trip on week days, and usually 6 to 12 hours on weekends.

When I'm home from work for my 2 weeks off....every day right after I drop my son off at school till I pick him up....so 8-10days for 7hrs each day, and if you count when I fish at work, well a few hrs 2-3 times a week.

Usually on Saturday or Sunday.  I'll spend anywhere from 6 to 10 hours on the water depending on how the bite is doing.
