Around here, if you go out without any sort of repellent, you WILL be eaten up. I use Buggins Natural Spray. What about you guys?

Some kind of high deet spray I found at a outdoors store. It comes in a camo can. Which sucks if you drop it in the woods. Soon as I dig through my hiking pack I will let you know.

I wish I was joking raider, but I am not.

I put a plate of my wife's  "attempt" at  meat loaf on the deck of the boat. Nothing in it's right mind comes within 100 yards of it. She can cook fine, but somehow the magic of the meat loaf has alluded her all these years.

I thought by wearing brute you were trying to attract hogs?

No bug spray has ever worked for me. Ever. It just makes me sticky. It has literally never stopped me from getting chewed by the skeeters. I stopped using it.

See Raider, we are back to you using shaving lotion. Now ask SLONEzp what he would use over an after work cocktail. I'm sure Brute would be mentioned but maybe Aqua Velva might pop up in the conversation, maybe even English Leather . You are still my favorite "swave and deboner" poster. You make BR cultured.

For the record I use Adidas after shave. It has just enough alcohol to tingle yet not enough to burn like straight rubbing alcohol does. Which I will use when I'm out of Adidas.

as close to 100% Deet as I can find. Deer ticks regard anything else as an appetizer.

Same here. With things like Lyme Disease and West Nile Virus around, I'm not taking any chances.

I use this stuff called jungle juice(http://www.rei.com/product/799529/sawyer-jungle-juice-100-insect-repellent-98-percent-deet-25-fl-oz), its like 98% deet and not very good for your skin or clothes. I was told by a mosquito expert that this (http://www.amazon.com/Cutter-Eucalyptus-Insect-Repellent-4-Ounce/dp/B00860Y3DQ) or anything with lemon eucalyptus is the best.

Deep woods off 40 deer. Might have to try that jungle juice

The stuff issued by uncle Sam was awesome. Unfortunately it also removed gun blue and stock finish! Avon skin so soft does ok with skeeters and no see-ums.

I hope its the laundry soap, but one time I took off my shoes after walking around the bank and found a couple of dead seed ticks, and a couple of dead dog ticks.

Haven't really found a store bought product that keeps the little buggers off me when they are hungry.

Whatever the vanilla stuff is that mama buys. May be bugginz or something else, I'll ask when she gets home. Oh and .GHOTI. dig the headline above your pic. I'm gonna say nope.......
