Mccallister25 Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 I keep it pretty simple with a Booyah buzzbait with the clacker. They love em (or hate em) around here.. Quote
Avalonjohn44 Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 I have a ton, but keep coming back to the black Booyah with the clacker. Cavitron is good too, but my go to is the Booyah now. Quote
georgeyew Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 I like the Strike King tri-blade buzzbait. I can run it super slow with the 3 blades. 2 Quote
SoMinnBass Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 I like the Strike King tri-blade buzzbait. I can run it super slow with the 3 blades. +1. They are short and stout, never seeming to bend much. Quote
dday07 Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 I like the Strike King tri-blade buzzbait. I can run it super slow with the 3 blades. x2 works great clear water Quote
Super User Jrob78 Posted May 10, 2014 Super User Posted May 10, 2014 I like the Cavitron and the Booyah Pip Squeak. Quote
OntarioFishingGuy Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 I like the Strike King tri-blade buzzbait. I can run it super slow with the 3 blades. X3 definitely my favorite too. The prop gets tangled a little bit more then standard buzzbaits though. Still great bait, and i like it a lot. Quote
AQUA VELVA Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 Believe it or not , my favorites are two BPS models, one black and one white & chart, that are probably about 20 years old! They both emit a high pitched squeaking noise that fish seem to home in on, especially at night. Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted May 10, 2014 Super User Posted May 10, 2014 MegaStrike Cavitron Gold blade, black skirt Quote
Super User iceintheveins Posted May 12, 2014 Super User Posted May 12, 2014 Cavitron hands down. Quote
Preytorien Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 I have both the Cavitrons and the Booyah Clacker..... Cavitron seems to catch them more consistently day in and day out The Clacker seems to draw them in from farther away and seems to produce fish when the Cavitron isn't pulling them in So for me.....both.....I've never tried War Eagle, but you might've just shown me my next baitmonkey target Quote
Big Swimbait Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 I have had great success with the D & M Buzz Saw. The in-line blade is a different sound & the swinging EWG hook lets me rig it weedless. http://www.dmcustombaits.com/the-buzz-saw-2/ Quote
