lwh008 Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 I saw a thread with a guy that would, for example, take the bottom half of a brush hog and connect it to a sweet beaver. I am looking into doing the same thing to get a bait color that the manufacturor doesnt sell individually, but sells the two colors individually. Im guessing i could use a soldering iron or something like that to melt the plastics together. Any ideas? Quote
Tim Kelly Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Get a bottle of "Mend it", it's a solvent glue specifically for repairing cuts in soft plastic baits. You can go as Frankenstein as you like chopping and rebuilding then once you glue it back together it will be as strong and soft as it was if it were made that way. Quote
cadman Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 I use Mend-It as well. Great stuff. Like Tim Kelly said above you can stick together all kind of appendages and make any creation you want. Quote
