Kyler Posted May 1, 2014 Author Posted May 1, 2014 I have seen them a lot cheaper and I made a mistake by not buying it. I should say does anyone know where I can find a cheap Wright and Mcgill Rick Clunn rod. Quote
ghost Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 I have the 7' mh, I'm thinking of selling. I don't use it that much. PM if you are interested. Quote
georgeyew Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 I believe DSG. Correct. I saw some at Dick's yesterday. Quote

Amarley Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 I would sell you mine, but it's probably cheaper for me to just keep it. They're dirt cheap now when you can find them. I think they are very sensitive but also very heavy. Quote
Kyler Posted May 1, 2014 Author Posted May 1, 2014 I looked on DSG website and they have a Blare Wiggin's blue rod but not a Wright and Mcgill. Sorry for being such a pain. Quote

I'm not sure there is much difference. I see a lot of Wiggins' rods here, 1 reason DSG sells a combo rod ans sabalos reel for about $100 once in a while. I don't care for the rod for the lack of a foregrip. Quote
georgeyew Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 The Blair Wiggins is a graphite inshore rod and the Rick Clunn is a fiberglass. The Rick Clunn is much softer. The Blair Wiggins ML that I have is more like a M compared to other rods. Quote
